Mini Art Lesson: Bars Quilt

This Mini Art Lesson explores the patterns and shapes that make Amish quilts works of art. Kids ages 2–6 will use tape and coloring supplies to recreate this Amish bar quilt in our collection, while kids ages 7 and up will learn about designing quilts, making their own grid pattern, and mimicking the stitched patterns that make these quilts so unique.
