Dare to dream at this year’s third Teen Night. For the May edition of this teen-led program, celebrate Black American arts and culture while we explore joy as resistance and dreams as survival. This evening’s art-making, performances, and other activities are inspired by Toward Joy: New Frameworks for American Art, a kaleidoscopic display where you can give flowers, find a quiet place, strut the runway, and see American art with fresh eyes.
Free; registration is encouraged. Open to ages 14–19. Follow #bkmteens on Instagram and Facebook for more details.
Teen Night is organized by the Teen Night Planning Committee, our paid teen internship in public programming.
